Process-Oriented Psychotherapy
I am a UKCP-registered trainee psychotherapist in Process-Oriented Psychotherapy (in short: Processwork) at the Research Society of Process-Oriented Psychotherapy in the UK.
Processwork as developed by Dr. Arnold Mindell, is a holistic, humanistic and integrative approach rooted in C.G. Jung, Taoism, Quantumfield-Theory, Communication Theory and Systems Theory - weaving it all together to create a unique and highly effective form of psychotherapy that not only focuses on the individual’s experiences but strongly consideres the socio-cultural context as well as dynamics of structural discrimination, marginalisation, oppression and differences in rank and power as playing a role in someone’s wellbeing and mental (ill-) health.
Always following an individual or couple’s process in the moment while considering the context, Processwork has a lot to offer: from methods of Gestalt or Psychodrama, to approaches of Cognitive-Based Therapy and Dreamwork, it is a very embodied and engaged form of therapy.
If you are feeling stuck in your life, are going through some challenging times, are suffering from mental ill-health, or simply would like someone to support you on your path, I would be happy to meet you.
Drop me an email at lika.imarez@gmail.com to arrange your introductory session. Subsequent sessions are 50€ for 50 minutes - if this is too much for you, please don’t hesitate to discuss this with me.
